About me

hi I'm Kyle I help people to achieve there goals whether it's to tone, lose weight, gain muscle, become fitter or to simply become more confident in themselves and in the gym. I train mostly (but not only) ladies from ages 18 - 80. Most of my clients begin with limited experience and confidence (if any), but through training with me, I build my client's confidence, skills and knowledge, as-well as getting them into shape, by creating a tailored training programme, giving professional coaching, nutritional guidance and constant support.
